Excellent for parts.
What can I say this company is excellent. They always seem to have the parts that I need in or if they don’t have it they can get it in within a couple of days. And the prices too are very acceptable and there is always a discount on the parts so it’s even cheaper if you do this online. I use this company very often as they are the cheapest in the town and I would highly recommend this company for your place for parts 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Checkout broken for me.
Every time I put items in my basket I go to checkout and app shows that there’s nothing in my basket. When I come back out my items are still there. Tried signing in, tried checking out as guest with no success. Finally tried adding items again from screen that said no items in basket and managed to get through to a point where I could check out, when I again get asked to login I do and then both baskets are calculated and I almost check out 2x what I wanted. Managed then to remove extra parts and reserve parts for collection, (I wasn’t at this point going to send payment through such a problematic app.
The app itself is really good to use. Saving vehicles is really handy and then looking for parts for that specific vehicle helps me get the right parts quickly. However I had to remove an old vehicle from my list and that took another 4-5 attempts at removing it.
I’m sure this a lot more complicated than any user like me thinks.
I just hope this helps the developers iron out these issues that make a good app almost unusable to actually purchase something.
Useless
App is absolutely terrible, half the time you can’t sign in, if you’re lucky enough to get past the sign in the app will keep deleting your basket, then ask you to sign in again, then after putting all the things back in your basket, after finding them all again, it will ask you AGAIN to sign in and then put all the stuff it deleted back in your basket as well as the duplicate items you have just put in! Trying to track my order, button does not work, and again you try and sign in and it sends you to another sign in page which you fill all your information back in which it then sends you back to the sign in page you started at! Oh and it tells you items are in stock until, if you’re lucky enough, you get to checkout when it then decides they are out off stock! Do not bother with this useless app and use the website which works
